The following terms apply to the shipping of goods from our online store.

1. Shipping and Logistics Partners

Our high-quality watches and other goods are shipped exclusively as insured parcels through our logistics partners:

  • DHL
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following countries and regions:

Germany

European Union (EU):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Europe (Non-EU / Overseas):
Andorra, Gibraltar, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK).

North, Central and South America:
Anguilla, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, United States (USA), Uruguay.

Asia & Oceania:
Australia, China, Georgia, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, India, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Africa:
Cameroon, Ghana, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They depend on the selected destination country and the total value of the order (with different price tiers to ensure appropriate transport insurance).

The exact shipping costs will be clearly and transparently displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

4. Important Information for Deliveries Outside the EU (Customs Duties and Taxes)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. the USA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or countries in Asia or South America), additional customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the shipping provider may apply. These costs must be paid by the recipient.

These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected separately upon import by the relevant authorities or directly by the shipping provider.

5. Delivery Times

Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective product listing, delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days.

For international deliveries, depending on the destination region, delivery generally takes 3–9 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed, after you have initiated the payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
